At the heart of it all is Ganesh, the farmer who knows the land like an old friend. He walks through the dewy fields, checking on the cows, feeling the pulse of nature in every rustling leaf. Without him, there would be no roots, no foundation—only ideas without soil.
In the kitchen, Archana moves with precision. By day, she runs a school, shaping young minds, but here, she ensures that every batch of ghee follows the sacred process—slowly heated over firewood, churned at the perfect hour, just as it has been for generations.
Nearby, Bhim Dada stands at the oil press, a guardian of purity. At 62, he’s seen machines take shortcuts, but he refuses to let them touch his craft. The oils must be wood-pressed, untouched by heat, their essence preserved. No exceptions. No rush.
Among the cows, Bittu hums softly—a tune only they seem to understand. The youngest of them all, he doesn’t see this as work. He sees it as a bond, a duty to care for the ones who give so much in return.
