● Earthen Touch's Return policy :

When it comes to Food Products, there are no returns accepted. But if, the Product is damaged due to some reasons or the product delivered is incorrect, only the we consider the return/replacement of that product. 
You can apply for return request and send the product back to us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of an Earthen Touch voucher. The shipping charges won't be returned, only the sale price value will be returned in the form of a voucher. You will receive the voucher only after we receive the returned product. The voucher will have lifetime validity. You will get a discount of the same value as the voucher. The voucher will be of one-time use. 
You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. All items must be in their original packaging with original tags intact. All items should be in their original condition. All these conditions will be checked and only then the voucher will be sent to you.

● Replacement policy :
Replacement will be done only in the case of issues related to wrong orders, damaged or defective products. There will be no replacement for weight of the products issue unless the incorrect weight of the product has been delivered.

● Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 7 days to ship the new product back to you.

● Sales items cannot be refunded, only regular items may be exchanged or refunded.

● Cancellation policy :
The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 1 hour of placing the order. You can mail us at earthentouch.in@gmail.com along with the order Id for the cancellation purpose. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 5-7 working days.

● Wrong/damaged product :
In case you received an incorrect or damaged product mail us the photo as well as the video of the damaged or incorrect product and mention your order id at earthentouch.in@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
